Team Building 2019 -  "Reach New Land" took place on the last 2 days of 22 - 23 June, 2019 at Phan Thiet Golden Peak Resort. Collective  200 Triviet Steel Buildings employees registered to participate in the event. Over 4 rounds of intense competition with beach games, the difficult challenges of 4 teams to play in turn: NASA, BHUTAN, APOLO, COLUMBUS. 

Under the intense sunlight between Phan Thiet land of sunshine and wind did not prevent the fighting spirit of the Triviet Steel warriors but also made all limits of themselves broken. The challenges seem to be impossible to overcome, but the teams show that the obstacles are just challenges of the bravery and steel spirit of Tri Viet warriors.

Gala Dinner is the most awaited program with "Home grow, home made" performances but no less invested by 4 teams that stirred up the atmosphere at the hall. The repertoire brings viewers back to the childhood, bringing books and phoenix flowers in front of the school gate, then the repertoire of an expedition to the "Happy" tribe in Bhutan - a country with national recognition happiest in the world. Then from Bhutan, walking around the Hawaiian Islands with a sexy dance that the audience commented as "Hawaiian".
